The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for April 13th, 2025, to be held at Puntarenas, Cobano, Florida, Valle de Luz, Unit S-16 in person and by Zoom meeting, commencing at noon CST. Failure to reach quorum on the first calling, the second calling will commence at 1pm CST. 

If you are unable to attend the zoom meeting or in person, please contact the administrator before March 31st, to complete the proxy form to present at the assembly.
