Property Ownership Inquiries

Laura Wills is a permanent resident of Costa Rica. She provides services to foreigners requiring assistance with the many yearly and periodic Costa Rica obligations. Services include, but not limited to: paying taxes, beneficiary shareholder registration, D101 filing, property management, rentals and property sales.

The Homeowners’ Association Board, does not assume any responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions in the content or the services offered outside of the HOA authority. All services not provided by the HOA Administration, are considered private as separate from the concern, responsibility, or liability of this condominium.
